Larry Leavens wins WMRC's February photo contest

    The winner of February's photo contest is WMRC President Larry Leavens, who submitted this image of a forlorn looking snow covered locomotive in The Pas, Manitoba. Larry received a cash prize and got his image printed on the cover of The Lantern, the official publication of the WMRC. Congrats, Larry! March's contest theme is "Essence of Velocity". In other words, we're looking for a fast train,  so let's see some speed!
