Winnipeg Model Railroad Club unveils new logo for their 65th anniversary

Coming soon to a shirt near you! To celebrate the 65th anniversary of the club's founding in 1955, the WMRC has issued a new logo. It was designed by WMRC social media director and blog editor Paul Ullrich, who has won five awards for his artwork. Vice president Ian Plett, who spearheaded the project, is having the logos printed on shirts which will be available for sale in the near future.

  3. Thanks, Ian! Someone on Facebook as already complained that the logo was not "inclusive", which made it sound like I was ignoring a repressed minority group rather than one of the biggest railroads in North America. Maybe we'll do an all CN logo for the 70th anniversary and get the CP guys upset!
