The WMRC's main event, the big Kahuna of train shows, is happening this coming weekend, April 2nd and 3rd! It's being held in the Tank Room at the
Charleswood Legion,
6003 Roblin Boulevard, on the west side of the building. There will be some great layouts and displays,
our annual photo and model contest, trains, trains and more trains! The
canteen will be open, with coffee, donuts, chips and hot dogs are on the menu! Admission by donation. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to
St. Amant. Hours are from 11AM
to 4PM both days, handicap accessible. Hope to see you all there!

ReplyDeleteThere are no vendors tables at the Winnipeg Model Railroad Club's spring open house. The purpose of the event is to display the efforts of the members in our annual model and photo contests, and for several groups and our members to display several of their modular layouts.
