Neil
Carleton won the best in show award for his model of a camp site and
beach in the special event category at the WMRC's annual spring open
house and train show. The event was held on April 20 and 21 at the Charleswood Legion.
The special event this year was to build a diorama on a picture frame no
larger than 9" X 12". Congratulations, Neil!
